EPISERVE is a research data platform developed at the Zuse Institute Berlin (ZIB) to make the outputs of epidemiological modelling transparent and reusable. As infectious disease outbreaks unfold, computational models play a central role in understanding transmission dynamics, evaluating intervention strategies, and informing public health decisions. EPISERVE provides a structured, versioned repository of the simulation results produced by these models — from baseline scenarios to policy-relevant projections. All datasets are registered with rich metadata following FAIR data principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable), making them suitable for downstream analysis, benchmarking, and scientific reproducibility. The platform is part of the broader EPISERVE infrastructure, which combines containerised model execution, automated orchestration, and open data publishing to close the gap between epidemic modelling and open science.
